fa888's commitment to responsible gaming
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — fa888 is committed to keeping your gaming safe and in control.
Gaming is for entertainment, not addiction
When online gaming and betting are enjoyed with the right mindset, they can be a fun form of entertainment. But when gaming gets out of control, it can cause harm to your personal, financial, and family life. At fa888, the wellbeing of our players is the highest priority. That is why we encourage every player to game responsibly and provide all the tools needed to do so.
Remember — there is no guarantee of winning. Before placing every bet, ask yourself: am I playing just for entertainment, or am I trying to get out of a financial difficulty? Only play with money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.
On the fa888 platform we provide a number of practical tools — such as deposit limits, temporary breaks, and self-exclusion — so you can stay in full control of your gaming. On this page you will learn how to use these tools and where to get help if needed.

Always AvailableSigns of gambling addiction
Players often do not realise they are heading toward a problem. If you or someone close to you shows any of the signs below, it is time to take notice:
- Repeatedly betting to try to win back money that was lost
- Feeling unable to stop playing
- Hiding gambling from family or friends
- Neglecting food, sleep, or daily responsibilities to focus on gaming
- Taking out loans to gamble or betting with money meant for essential expenses
- Feeling mentally restless when unable to play
- Continuing to play even after relationships with family or work have suffered
If more than one of the signs above apply to you, please contact the fa888 support team. Reaching out to help yourself is a courageous step — there is nothing to be ashamed of.
