1. General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the fa888 platform and its user ("you" or "player"). By accessing the fa888 website and using any of its associated services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals will be processed only via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fa888 offers various types of bonuses and promotions for players. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
  • Another example: on a ৳18,000 deposit the maximum bonus is ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
  • Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳12,000 before withdrawing.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
  • Bets on certain games may contribute to wagering at different rates.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering requirements are met.
  • A bonus is applicable once only and cannot be combined with another bonus (unless stated otherwise).
  • If any fraudulent behaviour related to bonus use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • fa888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the fa888 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Each game outcome is determined by an impartial random number generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Results

  • All game results are completely random and not predetermined.
  • If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
  • fa888 will not be held responsible for internet disconnections during a game; however, it is possible to resume the game from the last saved state on the server.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. When a bonus is active, bet limits on some games may be set separately.

6.3 Sports Betting

  • All betting markets may close before an event begins.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded or the applicable betting rules will apply.
  • Payouts on live betting markets will be determined only after the result is finalised.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa888 platform and, if detected, may result in immediate account closure:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Abusing bonus benefits or using bonus arbitrage strategies.
  • Playing using computer programs, bots or automated software.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Behaving fraudulently towards fa888 staff or providing false information.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any system or software on the platform.
Warning: If prohibited activity is detected, fa888 may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.
